From food services, catering, airport shuttle service, wheelchairs, translation service for tours, restrooms, parking and much more. Four great Restaurants; The Roof, The Garden, The Lion House Pantry and the Nauvoo Café, and also beautiful appointed banquet rooms for special occasions. The Temple Square Mission gives tours in many languages. Weddings and wedding events at Temple Square are available as well as services for family reunions and Youth Conferences.

    Your visit to Temple Square is facilitated by hundreds of friendly volunteer hosts and hostesses who will meet you at each facility. They are happy to provide personal assistance, answer questions, direct you to appropriate venues and ensure you have a welcoming and memorable experience.

    For bus tours or large groups, we can arrange "meet and greet" hosts to introduce your guests to Temple Square and begin their special tour experience. To make reservations for this service, please call (801) 240-1245.

    Individuals or groups of less than 20 do not need reservations. For a walk on tour meet at the South or West gate, tours occur every 15 minutes.

    There are four public restrooms available on Temple Square. See the front page map for locations.

  • Special Needs Services

    Wheelchair access is available in all of the facilities on Temple Square except the Beehive House. You can obtain use of a wheelchair for free in the Lobby of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, at the West Gate of Temple Square, in the North or South Visitors Center or by Door 15 of the Conference Center. You will be required to leave a form of personal ID and will have to return the wheelchair to the location from which you borrowed it.

    The Family History Library offers special microfilm reading machines for those with visual impairment, and assistance for the hearing impaired. For TTY questions, telephone (801) 240-1616.

    Restrooms and water fountains are also located within the facilities. Food services are available in several locations. Please go to our dining at Temple Square site for further details. Food courts are also located at nearby shopping malls.

    Limited foreign language and American sign language assistance can be provided at some facilities with advanced notice. Please see Translation/Guides below.
