Custom tours can be arranged for groups of 10 or more.

To customize a tour, please read the following options available and select those that fit within your time schedule and needs. For detailed descriptions, please see links on the “Attractions” tab. Please fill out the reservation request information form, and we will respond within 2-3 working days to finalize the itinerary.

	Historical Tours Of Temple Square
	Location: Meet at the West Gate Booth as assigned for each tour company. Duration: approximately 30-40 minutes Hours: 9:00am-9:00pm, Sunday-Saturday

	FamilySearch Center – For beginners or people with no experience in family history
	Location: Joseph Smith Memorial Building, Main Floor Duration: 10-minute orientation. You can spend as much time as you wish. Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-9:00pm; Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. Close on Sundays Reservations are recommended for groups of 10+.

	Family History Library – For intermediate or experienced researchers and international visitors
	Location: 35 W. Temple Street, across from the Tabernacle on Temple Square Duration: Brief orientation. You can spend as much time as you wish. Hours: Monday, 8:00am-5:00pm; Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00am-9:00pm. Closed on Sundays. Reservations are recommended for groups of 10+.

	Mormon Tabernacle Choir Rehearsals
	Location: Tabernacle on Temple Square (occasionally the Conference Center) Duration: 1 ½ hours, but you may come and go as necessary Hours: Most Thursday evenings from approximately 8:00 PM until 9:30 PM Tickets: Visitors are welcome. There is no charge.

	Mormon Tabernacle Choir Broadcasts Music and the Spoken Word
	Location: Tabernacle on Temple Square Duration: approximately 30 minutes Hours: Sunday morning from 9:30 - 10:00 AM. You must be seated by 9:15 AM Tickets: Visitors are welcome. There is no charge. Children under 8 not admitted (those with young children may be seated in enclosed viewing room when possible).

	Tabernacle Organ Recitals
	Location: Tabernacle on Temple Square Duration: 30 minutes Hours: Mon-Sat 12:00 PM and Sunday 2:00 PM. From Memorial Day to Labor Day , there is an additional Mon-Sat recital at 2:00 PM. Tickets: Visitors are welcome. There is no charge.

	North and South Visitors Centers
	Location: On Temple Square Duration: Both buildings have excellent self-activated exhibits. You can spend as much or as little time as you like in both Centers. Hours: 9:00am-9:00pm, Sunday-Saturday

	Films on Temple Square:
	Joseph Smith: Prophet of the Restoration
	Duration: 69 minutes Hours: 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday every hour and a half in the Legacy Theatre located in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. Sundays 10:30am-7:30pm in the North Visitors Center Theatre 5. Tickets: Free Admission.

	Legacy – Dramatization of the westward trek of the early pioneers to the Salt Lake Valley
	Duration: 53 minutes Location: North Visitors Center Hours: Plays 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday every hour and a half in the North Visitors Center. Sudays 10:30am-7:30pm in the North Visitors Center.

	Testaments: Of One Fold and One Shepherd
	Duration: 68 minutes Location: North Visitors Center Hours: 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday every hour and a half in the North Visitors Center. Sundays 10:30am-7:30pm in the North Visitors Center.

	Conference Center Tours
	Location: Leave from Door 15 of the Conference Center every few minutes. Duration: approximately 30 minutes Hours: 9:00am-9:00pm. (may be closed on Special Event days).

	Beehive House Tours--Brigham Young’s Home
	Location: NW corner of State Street and South Temple Street. Tours are given every 10-15 minutes Duration: approximately 30 minutes Hours: 9:00am-9:00pm, Sunday-Saturday. Last tour begins at 8:20pm.

	Museum of Church History and Art
	Location: Directly west and across West Temple Street from the Tabernacle. Duration: 60 minutes Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-9:00pm, Saturday/Sunday 10:00am-7:00pm

	Garden Tours
	Location: Temple Square or Church Office Building Plaza Duration: 45-60 minutes Hours: Tours scheduled by appointment.

	Humanitarian Center

	Welfare Square
